Admission Process & Qualifications

Qualifications for Student Visa
  • H.S.C / ALIM / DIPLOMA passed.
  • Running student of Hon's or Hon's/Masters passed.
  • Candidates must have completed a 180-hour Japanese Language N5 Course.
  • Study gap is acceptable up to a maximum of 5 years.
Qualifications for SSW Visa
  • Passed the Specified Skills Evaluation Test in your target industry, or completed the Technical Intern Training Program (Ginou Jisshu) Type 2.
  • Passed the Japanese Language Proficiency Test (JLPT N4 or above) or the Japan Foundation Test for Basic Japanese (JFT-Basic).
  • At least 18 years of age at the time of application.
  • In good health with no history of visa violations or criminal record.
